Privacy Policy
The short version: Sparxtune does not collect your personal data. Your practice — your streaks, favorites, custom affirmations, and settings — is stored only on your own device. We can't see it, we don't want to see it, and it never leaves your phone or computer unless you delete the app or clear your browser data.
What we store, and where
Sparxtune keeps the following information in local storage on your device only: your daily streak, saved favorite lines, affirmations you write yourself, reminder times, volume and playback preferences, and your subscription status. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the app (or clearing site data in your browser) permanently erases it.
What we do not do
- We do not require an account, email address, or name.
- We do not collect analytics, usage tracking, or behavioral data.
- We do not use advertising or share anything with advertisers.
- We do not access your microphone, camera, contacts, or location.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade any information — because we hold none.
Audio content
All affirmation recordings, music, and sound frequencies are bundled with the app and play locally on your device. Nothing you listen to is logged or reported.
Purchases
Premium subscriptions in the iOS app are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment card details or personal billing information. Purchase management, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple's standard subscription terms, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Notifications
If you set a daily reminder, the notification is scheduled locally on your device. We operate no notification servers.
Children
Sparxtune is intended for users aged 13 and over. Since we collect no data, no child data is collected either.

Sparxtune provides affirmations and sound content intended for relaxation and personal development. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you are experiencing serious physical or mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.
Changes to this policy
If our practices ever change, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date revised before any change takes effect.
